The stated $215 monthly HOA amount and its stated inclusion of water, sewer, and trash were supplied for this guide and last reviewed August 23, 2026. They can change. Desert Greens includes both owned-land and lot-lease arrangements. A lot lease, when present, is separate from HOA dues. Verify current dues, services, assessments, account status, title, parcel records, and every lease term for the exact property.

55-or-older housing and fair housing

Desert Greens is represented as housing for persons 55 or older. Under the federal Housing for Older Persons Act, qualifying 55-or-older housing generally must satisfy an 80% occupancy threshold, publish and follow qualifying policies, and verify ages. This does not mean every resident must be 55. Confirm the association’s current lawful occupancy, approval, guest, and age-verification rules.
